4. Fees and Payment

Fees for our services will be quoted to you before any work begins. By accepting our services, you agree to pay the quoted fee. All fees are non-refundable unless they fall under the conditions outlined in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RK Software Solution, nor its proprietor, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
