Cancellation & Refund Policy

At RK Software Solution, we strive to provide excellent service and support. We understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel a service request. This policy outlines the terms for cancellation and refunds.
1. Cancellation Prior to Service
You may cancel your service request for a full 100% refund at any time before our technician commences the support session and begins working on your issue.
2. Cancellation During Service
Once our technician has started the diagnostic or repair process, the service is considered "in-progress." If you choose to cancel while the service is in progress, a partial service fee may be applicable to compensate for the technician's time and resources already utilized.
3. Our Service Guarantee (Non-Resolution)
We operate on a "No-Fix, No-Fee" principle. If our technician is unable to diagnose or resolve the primary issue for which you requested service, you will be entitled to a full 100% refund, even if the technician has already spent time on the issue.
This guarantee does not apply if the resolution is prevented by:
- Physical hardware failure that requires repair or replacement.
- An expired or invalid software license required for the fix.
- The customer's refusal to follow the technician's expert recommendations.

5. Refund Processing
All approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original method of payment.
